Sweet Crusty Pastry

Use Laucke CWA Scone Mix to make the perfect short crust pastry - it has never been easier!

Ingredients

600g Laucke CWA Scone Mix
120ml Water
2 Eggs

Method

  1. Place the Scone Mix, eggs, and 120 water into a Mixing bowl and mix with a dough hook on low speed until a smooth firm pastry is formed
  2. Rest on a floured bench for 10 minutes
  3. Dust and roll out the pastry to 4-5 mm
  4. Grease a pie tin and line it with the pastry
  5. Fill with your favourite pie filling and place another piece of pastry on the top
  6. Bake at 190°C until golden brown
