Laucke Gluten Free Mix has been specially formulated to produce real baking appearance, performance and flavour with out the use of wheaten flour, gluten, dairy product or yeast.

This recipe will produce 5 wraps.

Ingredients

200g Gluten Free Special White
250ml Water for a thick wrap or 300ml for a thin wrap.

Method

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until a smooth paste is formed
  2. Heat a skillet or fry pan over medium to low heat. Once warm, grease lightly
  3. Pour approximately ¹/³ cup of batter in to the skillet or pan and spread thinly to cover the base. Once wrap has finished bubbling and the bottom turns golden brown, turn over and fry the other side
  4. Cover and allow to cool

Once cool, use as a ‘flat bread’ to ‘wrap’ your favourite vegetables, salads and meats.
