Our Gluten Free Mix has been specially formulated to produce real baking appearance, performance and flavour without the use of wheaten flour, gluten, dairy product or yeast.
500g Laucke Gluten Free Special White Mix
½ cup Brown sugar firmly packed
200g Butter softened
1 tspn Canola oil
2 Eggs beaten
1 ½ tspn Vanilla essence
Chocolate Biscuits: Melt 250g of chopped chocolate, and then stir into the butter mixture. (Optional–Add ½ cup of roughly chopped chocolate for extra flavour)
Nutty Biscuits: Add 1 cup of unsalted mixed roughly chopped nuts
Sultana or Raisin Biscuits: Add ½ cup or 100g of Sultanas or Raisins
